Junaid is a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Accountant with a dedicated focus in the field of audit, accounting, finance and financial reporting. With over 16 years of professional experience, he has worked with renowned organization including big four at managerial positions.
Junaid's extensive background in audit and assurance services, combined with a strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations as applicable in Ireland, enables him to provide valuable services to his clients.
He is an expert in Irish GAAPs (FRS 102 and FRS 102) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
During his career, he has managed portfolio of clients in various industry segments including financial services, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, hospitality.
Junaid is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) and also holds Masters in Accounting and Data Analytics from National University of Ireland, Galway.
Muhammad Khairi
Muhammad is a highly experienced professional in the field of accounting, finance, and auditing with more than a decade of experience. His career has included both managerial roles within audit firms and in the industry. During his career, he has made valuable contributions in setting up a financial reporting department from scratch.
Muhammad's expertise extends to providing audit and advisory services for clients who prepare their financial statements in compliance with various accounting standards, including Irish & UK GAAP (FRS 101, 102), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and US GAAP.
His professional qualifications include being an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland (ACA), a prestigious and respected accounting body. Muhammad has also pursued further education by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom. His combination of experience and academic achievements makes him a well-rounded and knowledgeable professional in the field of audit, accounting and finance.

Muhammad has more than 17 years of experience in accounting, finance, and auditing. He has held significant senior managerial roles with the big four, and most recently transitioned to an industry-based position.
His professional journey encompasses providing accounting, audit and advisory services to various clients and is an expert in Irish & UK GAAP (FRS 101, 102), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) & aspects of US GAAP.
He is a distinguished Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) and also hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Accounting from the United Kingdom .
